The White Oak Township Zoning Administrator is the first point of contact for all new construction, address assignment, structural renovation or alteration, zoning issues and questions, or a land division in White Oak Township. Land Division Application: Approval of any division of land is required before any parcel can be sold.

Pond Permit Application Form: This form is required for all pond excavation.

Zoning Ordinance Variance Form: This form is used for Special Exceptions or Nonconforming Use, Special Use Permit request, Rezoning Amendment Request, Nonconforming Use Upgrade, or Modifications to Previously Approved Site Plans.

Special Use Permit form: This form is used to request a Special Use per the Zoning Ordinance.
